Shipping & payment conditions
It goes without saying that we will professionally pack your purchased products and send them to your delivery address as quickly as possible. Since we cannot have all articles in all sizes in stock, the delivery times of the respective carpet are given on the detail page. In the event of any delays, we will contact you immediately and inform you.
ATTENTION: Depending on the article, we ship with DPD, Deutsche Post (DHL), UPS or via a forwarding agency. (Insured shipping!) Unfortunately, when shipping to an island, an island surcharge may have to be charged. Please note that due to the nature of our packages, shipping to a DHL Packstation is unfortunately not possible!
When shipping parcels outside Germany with a length of more than 220 cm and / or a weight of more than 30 kg, the delivery can only be made by a forwarding agency, unfortunately a surcharge to the standard shipping costs must be calculated here. We ask the shipping company individually about the shipping costs, please clarify this with us before ordering, we will then inform you directly about possible surcharges for your order.
For shipments to non-EU countries, please assume that customs duties may apply.

| For deliveries to foreign countries outside Europe, additional duties and charges will apply. | (The EU right of cancellation is excluded for shipping outside the EU.) We are also happy to dispatch your order to Lichtenstein / Switzerland or Norway. Delivery is free domicile duty paid. This means that the flat-rate shipping costs cover the freight costs and the pure customs clearance costs. The actual customs duty (import sales tax) from Liechtenstein / Switzerland or Norway is then still to be paid by you. (Here you will receive the invoice directly from the importing transport company) If we ship your order outside the EU, you will of course not pay the German VAT. When shipping to non-EU countries, the right of cancellation for the EU does not apply. In the case of own exports, the German VAT rate cannot be claimed from us; this must be claimed via the tax authorities.

There are some companies that accept your order on the German side and store it for a fee until collection. Simply ask us about this if you are interested. Such a service may well be worthwhile for you in the case of forwarding deliveries. |

Alternatively, you can use the MeinEinkauf.ch service for deliveries to Switzerland. All customs formalities and delivery to your home will then be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. It is best to register in advance (if you have not already done so) at MeinEinkauf.ch. |
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:
- Get first. Pay later (in 14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. - Slice it (only available for Germany): With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. - Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard), Direct Debit, Sofort direct banking
The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
