Maintenance / cleaning of natural fibers is limited to normal vacuuming. If the carpet be grossly contaminated, please get in quickly with a kitchen towel and if necessary, wash with handwarm soapy water and a sponge and clear water to remove the soap. The base fabric must dry well. If too dirty, please consult a specialist carpet cleaning. Possibly cut high-pile threads with scissors.
