the soft pile (height: ca.13 mm) is brought by hand and fixed into a carrier layer. Afterwards in labour intensive detailed work the outlines are worked out.

As a designer Emmanuel Gallina works between Paris and Milan where he worked for seven years with Antonio Citterio. His creations, definitely contemporary, look alike in their search for harmony and simplicity in solving shape, function, meaning, materials, cultural aspect and contemporary signs.
This rug is compatible with underfloor heating.
